POLIS BIO AI is a biometric identity SaaS platform with secure repositories, audit trails, APIs, device governance and compliance controls. The Voucher must be assessed on the actual configuration: the site does not claim automatic eligibility of every POLIS BIO AI subscription.
Identity & controlled access
Biometric verification, lawful repositories, tenant separation and traceability can be part of a broader security and digital transformation architecture.
Cloud SaaS & APIs
The SaaS, API and workflow components may be evaluated against UESE enabled cloud categories, depending on the exact scope supplied.
Configuration & support
Professional configuration, monitoring and continuous support may be eligible only within the limits and conditions of the measure and when connected to eligible products/services.
The preliminary check starts from the correct supplier code
For POLIS BIO AI, UESE will determine which enabled category is actually applicable to the proposed configuration. Depending on scope, relevant families may include cloud SaaS, other software/cloud solutions and connected professional services.

Questions before requesting an offer
Is POLIS BIO AI automatically eligible for the Voucher?
No. Eligibility depends on the beneficiary, the actual technological improvement, the selected configuration and the correspondence with an enabled supplier code. UESE performs a preliminary check before formulating the offer.
Who can apply?
Italian SMEs and self-employed professionals meeting the requirements of the measure, including the connectivity requirement applicable at the time of application.
How much is the contribution?
Up to 50% of eligible expenditure, with a maximum grant of €20,000 and a minimum spending plan of €4,000.
When can applications be submitted?
Pre-filling starts on 20 October 2026. Formal submission runs from 10 November 2026 to 20 January 2027, subject to the rules and available resources.
